The right attitude

Recently, reading a book entitled "You Can Win". In this book it mentioned:

"The Calgary Tower stands at 190.8 meters. The total weight of the tower is 10,884 tons, of which 6,349 tons is below ground (approximately 60%). This shows that some of the greatest buildings have the strongest foundations. Just like a great building stands on a strong foundation, so does success. And the foundation of success is attitude."

So i am thinking about attitude. Am i having the right attitude? How to i know i am having a good attitude or not? So i asked this question, to myself and to other. Catherine told me, to determine whether the attitude is right or wrong, it is depend on the principles that one's is holding. Good principles lead to positive or good attitude and vice versa. But it is actually hard to say, because people have different values and if we have the similar values with them, then we will be consider having the good attitude as them.

So after all, can i say, to value the attitude actually is depend on each individual? One should be caring, confident, patient, and humble. One should have high expectations of themselves and others. One will anticipate positive outcomes. All this characteristic show a person with the good and right attitude towards life. Sound like i still have lots more to learn, to learn to manage my EQ, to learn to increase my IQ, so to improve myself to become a greater person.

Here sharing some of the optimist's characters:
1> Be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
2> Think only of the best, work only for the best, and expect only the best.
3> Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
4> Give everyone a smile.
5> Spend so much time improving yourself that you have no time left to criticize others.
6> Be too big for worry and too noble for anger
